This is me: Whome.pptx
This Fall Semester, the course will be a flipped classroom hybrid course. The course will use the online textbook (or print) Introductory Chemistry, by Tro 6th edition which must be read, along with the lectures provided (required)each week. We will not use the Mastering Chemistry package so do not pay for it.
Quizzes will occur online and will consist of 14 regular quizzes. The 5 sectional exams and a final, all of which will assume you have done the required homework and regular sectional and mastery exams will take place during the Thursday morning workshop schedule. Communication will be via the Inbox or by my personal email, glessard@valleycollege.edu. I will respond within the day.
I will accept students through September 16. I will have a Class Organizational Meeting, Thursday, September 16 at 9:35. The workload will commence on that so if you were to enter later, you would have too much catching up to do.
In addition, my contract with you for the course is found in the Syllabus Short Fall 2021 Syllabus.docx . We will go over the syllabus in the class Organizational Meeting, thus the contents of the syllabus will be binding on all students.
