We are a face-to-face course using technology to learn together remotely during a pandemic. We are not an online course. There is a big difference between the two. Our class will focus on synchronous (live) discussion, not asynchronous (complete on your own time) discussion boards.  It is important that we engage with the Zoom Classroom as we would a normal classroom. That is how this learning environment is designed. It is not self-paced; assignments will have regular due dates. It is not an independent review; this class is based on engaging with each other in conversation so that we can struggle, persevere, grow, and learn together.
