You now have a bit of information about preparing to play a game. The goal in this last section is to help you pull some of these ideas together ( along with other ideas you've found helpful) into a concrete strategy, a routine you can follow as you prepare for a game.
Your routine fullness your thoughts and feelings to the way you want to be thinking and feeling before a game. Whether you are playing well, in a slump or nervous about the upcoming game, you go to your routine to give yourself your best chance of success. the more thought and writing you put into these exercises, the more you get out of them.

Its often helpful to tie together mental and physical aspects of your preparation you and your team already have some sort of physical routine you go through before each game. the mental aspects we have been discussing are easily integrated into your physical routine. Improving your mental preparation doesn't involve doing a lot of new things but it does involve doing teethings you do differently- with a purpose in mind. Using the information in this chapter and your answers to the last two questions as a guide please write in the funnel what you do mentally at each of the following times.
