Primary source exercise Wk14

This week we're looking at some documents from the period right after WWII, when the Cold War was taking shape.

These documents originated from both superpowers -- the United States and the Soviet Union (also commonly, but not quite accurately, referred to as Russia). Both sides tended to blame the other for "starting" the Cold War. Read over these documents objectively and see what you think.

You'll be better off if you wait to tackle this question until after you've read Chapter 28 and looked at my slides for the chapter.
