Pre Heart Rate Testing

Make sure you take a picture of your answers to compare during the final week of class. This is the first part of your Heart rate testing project for the class. 

Please make sure you have the answers to the following before entering the quiz.

Resting:

-In order to find the resting heart rate you will need to complete this first thing when you wake up. (you can also do this after sitting in rest and not eating or drinking for at least 2 hours before)

-You will need to run a mile and use the   MapMyRun app when you run this mile, Then screen shot the results of the map my run showing the map and the date and time. You will need to upload the video to this assignment.
