As you go through the funnel type in one or two things you'll do at each point that will help funnel you to where you want to be at the plate- focused on the softball. again, the goal is to help you feel and think the way that will help you the most.
As you work through the exercise think about what has worked for you in the past. Keep in mind that some players use a very structured pre-at bat routine with a lot of things to do at particular times, while others are better off with only one or two things to do sometimes before each at bat.
